Latest updates

  1. Sales reporting

Sell-out by outlet and SKU for any date range, compared with the previous period, a list of outlets that stopped buying, and a CSV download.

  2. Order management

Distributors take outlet orders (with live stock shown), then confirm, dispatch and deliver them, including short deliveries. Brands see their orders across distributors with fill rate and order-to-delivery time.

  3. Inventory dashboard

Distributors and brands see current stock by SKU, days of cover based on recent sales, and which SKUs are out of stock, running low or slow-moving.

  4. Brand Performance dashboard

Brands see sell-in vs sell-out over time, sell-through, active outlets, their top SKUs and each distributor's performance, for any date range, with comparisons to the previous period.

  5. Excel and CSV uploads

Brands can upload their SKU catalog and primary sales; distributors can upload secondary sales and stock. Every file is checked row by row before anything is saved, with downloadable templates for each.

  6. Email set up

Demo requests, user invites and password resets are now sent from BrewBrain's own address (noreply@mail.brandbrewers.in).

  7. Admin screens

Admins can add brands, distributors and territories, invite users and set their roles, approve brand–distributor links, and review a full audit log of changes.

  8. Sign-in and access rules

Invite-only sign-in, password reset, and a role-based dashboard. Database rules ensure each brand and distributor sees only its own data.

  9. Marketing site pages

Added For Brands, For Distributors, How it works (including who can see what), Book a demo and a Sign in placeholder.

  10. Project started

Code repository set up with the first version of the website and this progress page.
